Scott Hallsworth was head chef of Nobu in Park Lane, London for six years. Then he went and opened Nobu Melbourne in his native Australia. He then came back to London and created Kurobuta, the Japanese Izakaya that exploded onto Chelsea’s King’s Road. The Freak Scene in Parsons Green is his newest Freak Scene restaurant, in partnership with the Australian comedian, radio and television presenter Adam Hills.
